1 – Delivery and cash payment at home:
Customers who place an order on WaterPush’s sales platform will be delivered to the customer’s address by the staff and receive payment when the customer is satisfied and agrees to buy the product.
– Home delivery requests need to have accurate information about the recipient, address, phone number. Some sensitive cases such as: large order value, evening delivery time, delivery address in alleys, areas far from the center.. Sales staff will check and negotiate more, agree on how to specific delivery method.
2 – Bank transfer payment – delivery via courier service:
– Customers buying goods outside of e-commerce platforms will pay directly to WaterPush’s account:

– Immediately after receiving the payment via bank transfer, the consultant will call to notify the customer directly and schedule the delivery date and time. Depending on the customer’s address, the delivery time can be from 12 to 72 hours.
– In case of late delivery without prior notice, the customer can cancel the order and WaterPush will refund the full amount paid by the customer within 07 days.
– Products with value including VAT over 20 million VND, according to the VAT Law promulgated by the State, need to pay by transfer. Customers can call staff for detailed advice here.
3 – Delivery and payment directly at Showroom/Agent of WaterPush:
– Customers can request to keep the goods at one of the Showrooms/Agents.
– Products will be fully prepared after no more than 04 hours, and kept at the store no more than 12 hours since the sales consultant confirms the customer’s order.
4 – Shipping fee + product insurance fee:
– Shipping fee: Free nationwide if it is a water flosser product, charged for other items or depending on the agreement.
– Product insurance fee: For products that are shipped through a 3rd party, which is a company that signs a shipping contract with WaterPush, the customer pays a product insurance fee depending on the value of the product. During transportation, if damage or loss occurs, customers will be compensated 100% of the product value at the time of sale if insurance is paid.
5 – Other cases:
– The customer has a request to transfer the goods to another 3rd party such as a garage, acquaintance, or a transport unit that does not contract directly with WaterPush. The cost and all risks during transportation are borne by the customer. When the WaterPush delivery staff delivers the product to a 3rd party, the customer and the customer’s shipping partner need to confirm by phone, SMS or on the WaterPush delivery note.
