WaterPush HAS 2 OPERATION CENTERS
Orders arising from Da Nang to the North region will be sent from Coolmate’s Northern operation center,
The remaining orders will be packed and shipped from the South Central.
AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME
• Orders within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City : Customers will receive them within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation (except in case of pre-order or insufficient stock, WaterPush will be sent from the warehouse). Provincial customer and WaterPush customer service will notify customers of this issue). Usually it can be earlier depending on the time the customer places (Excluding Sundays and public holidays)
